Credit Default Swaps – Today Yesterday it was called – Subordination of Property Chaos on Wall Street – Tied to Enron, Oklahoma City September 11 2001 Swap Terror in America By D’ Anne Burley When did the games begin well as far back as the 1980’s when the Savings and Loan Scandal Began! Time-lines and events 1986–1995 periods, 1,043 thrifts with total assets of over
$500 billion failed. The large number of failures overwhelmed the resources of the FSLIC (this was the S&L equivalent to FDIC), so U.S. taxpayers were required to back up the commitment extended to insured depositors of the failed institutions.

In December 31, 1999, the thrift crisis had cost taxpayers approximately $124 billion and the thrift industry another $29 billion, for an estimated total loss of approximately $153 billion. The losses were higher than those predicted in the late 1980s, when the RTC was established, but below those forecasted
during the early to mid-1990s, at the height of the crisis. What was the RTC? As stated within Wikipedia the RTC was as follows: Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) was a United States Government-owned asset management company charged with liquidating assets (primarily real estate-related assets, including mortgage loans) that had been assets of savings and loan associations (S&Ls) declared insolvent by the Office of Thrift Supervision, as a consequence of the savings and loan crisis of the 1980s. It also took over the insurance functions of the former Federal Home Loan Bank Board. It was created by the Financial Institutions Reform Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA), adopted in 1989. In 1995, its duties were transferred to the Savings Association Insurance Fund of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Between 1989 and mid-1995, the Resolution Trust Corporation closed or otherwise resolved 747 thrifts with total assets of $394 billion. The issue was that the Savings and Loan Industry began to fail because of Greed from within and my the hands of those who had control of “Private and Public Assets” being use as piggy banks by insiders, who would taking out money which was used for personal gain! They claimed that they were going to replace the money but they never did! Who was the fall guy? Well the depositors, who else! This form of financial Terrorism began around the era of President George Bush Sr., whose son Neil Bush was caught up in this web, was being investigated as were many others tied within the banking industry some went to jail others never were tried In fact former Governor of the State of Illinois Dan Walker was jailed because of allegations of misuse of money out of the bank of Oakbrook Savings and Loan. But this Financial nightmare was covered up within the so-called “Gulf War”, and the” War on Drug Campaign” all started to cover-up the existence of money laundering and fraud within the Saving & Loan institutes and the men behind the very real theft of American Assets. Because of the “Gulf War” the people quickly drifted from seeing the major issue of the banking collapse now replaced within the media with “War Related Drama” and the facts that we had a major drug issue within many of the US caused by the CIA allegedly bring more and more drugs into the inner cities made this game more lucrative for those involved and the America People knew nothing but following the stories that were being handed to the press. The game with the War and Drugs, was to move you attention from the collapsing banks and it worked. While at the time they used the RTC as a measure to get you to pay back debt they created. The Citizens of America had to repay this debt, and the money was never recovered. The game worked for those involved right under the eyes of the United States People. This I will call Phase I. Phase II Most of the savings and loan banks closed and were replaced with traditional Banks. Please keep in mind the very crash included Mortgages and moving of the funds into the industry into a federally controlled entity called RTC. (Please look at the Wall Street Crisis Today it is exactly the same!) Then came Pandora Box, Corporate theft of 401K’s, Employee Trust Funds and Retirement Accounts. The first was Enron. Yes, this was a new way to gain control of employee trust accounts and move the money into something that they were attempting to hide, that the Whistleblower of Enron had no knowledge of which was the “Subordination of Property”. This game was to create non-existing bank accounts and trade them within a future accounting principle! You had a property land, Lease and or anything else of value, but you have not sold it to create money and or a liquid asset. The value is determined by Appraisal of the Property. The value once set is then placed within a bank account but there is no money within the account anything only a value statement which is used to trade within Hedge funds, Option Markets and other financial pools. Once the money has completed the cycle money missing from the valueless banking account is then replaced. The bank makes money and the person who created this account the banker and his depositor gets paid in returned Millions of Dollars within a three to four week span.
It’s gets worse, they were doing this within the stock market, creating shall accounts to replace assets into upon creating scares like Anthrax which only killed maybe three people. There was a shell stock on the exchange for Bayer the makers of Cipro the cure for this disease! Yes, this was more than the author of James Bond could create in a Novel. But the Enron lawsuit if the financials were really looked into and found would show that this firm as many others were involved within the CDS plot. Credit Default Swaps, which is the term used for a non-insurance insurance which was the so-called support system they use to created so-called default protection to those using trust funds and other money within corporations such as the employee pension fund, and 401K’s Social Security etc. Someone within the Executive level of the corporation was sworn to secrecy and given the green light to raid the Employee war chest. Their retirement accounts. The assets were removed on the same principle as I had shared within the so-called Subordination of Property” game but in this one they knew that the executives, banking officials and others involved in this would be jailed. So this is what I am alleging happened. Arthur Anderson who in the old days was the auditing firm for the IRS had records of both on Enron, the reporting assets, which the Courts sought within the pending litigation before them. There was a court order requesting that Anderson turn over those documents, but because of the facts involved and information contained within these reports Arthur Anderson shredded everything! The next sets of records on these transactions were within the Oklahoma City Building.
This is where they moved the HUB of the IRS computer. Because within these records there would be found evidence of a little known Financial Tool called Credit Default Swaps and the trail would lead to those involved in a massive movement of Assets of Employee Trust and other money in and out of trading floors of stock markets those involved would be caught and maybe arrested for Money Laundering, Banking Fraud and Conspiracy. In fact these people were involved with Treason because of the murder of citizens within the Oklahoma City Building, and of course the WTC because the World Trade Center Towers because a problem. For one the structure was not constructed with enough safety measures, in 1993 the bombing happening to get rid of records, whereby the second attempt worked and solved many problems. One was the issue of Enron Records, Two the near bankruptcy of New York City from the 1993 lawsuit, Three the issue of Lloyds of London getting ready to go under due to the large amounts of money they had to pay to those injured and killed.
Fact’s about CDS. Well Credit Defaults Swaps it seems may have been created by a team of students at MIT and Cambridge University via a think thank, a how to create game, just like the one MIT students developed to take out money from gambling casino’s within card counting. This time they were given a puzzle of how to make a lot of money with the use of Trust funds, 401k and Security Social without the people who have vested interest in these accounts from knowing. Indeed they did their magic and created a system called CDS. Again those who were involved covered their tracks within murder plots and conspiracies all coming to light due to a equations they did not see which was the default of Mortgages by the consumers. Now the invisible empire was seen and now American may have to dish out about 671 Trillion Dollars to clean the real debt. The Bail-out of Wall Street just gave them enough money to flee after the election they all knew about this. Look up JP Morgan and CDS and you will see another direct tie, on the back end they are taking over bank after bank! Is it not funny they were involved with the CDS’s that help to bankrupt Wall Street and just like the days of the Savings and Loan Institutes the Banks will not survive this in the present form these banks are grouping up to another entity. Just like the time of the RTC the Federal Government came in and took over the properties which were flooding the secondary Mortgage Market. History repeats itself? Or is this by design to create a new world economy. Ask MIT students if they can reduce this mess. And if these students could develop this thread a very working model that was use to create “Credit Default Swaps” then could not another team of Physicist create a way to take out the World Trade Center. If the persons involved used Satellite Technology and other high end blasting devices then a team of Physicist, Engineers and Students jut under a test could have created the event. They had no clue of what they were being used to do! And if they speak out then they would have to be involved within the conspiracy as well!

Housing and Market Crisis We need to Speak out now

Catherine Austin Fitts, served as managing director and member of the board of directors of the Wall Street investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., as Assistant Secretary of Housing/Federal Housing Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in the first Bush Administration, and was the president of Hamilton Securities Group, Inc., an investment bank and financial software developer knew about the theft within HUD years ago which impacted the public housing then.

In the 80’s HUD properties on paper which DID NOT EXIST in reality, were given lots of money for repair. The only issue was that the property was there indeed, but no Public Housing existed on those sites! Instead of a federally funding property with housing on the grounds for the poor, property was on a vacate lot, and was used to create financial shells. Federal Government paid to fix equipment and apartment(s) via shell privately held businesses who received Government contracts via HUD to do the work.

Money out, money gone the poor received nothing, the tax payers paid for this nightmare, where poor families loss children and love ones who stepped onto elevators which never arrived to they’re floor, and without looking they fell to their deaths due to non-working equipment. This was massive contract fraud and corruption. Was this money ever repaid to the system?

The issue of Real Estate, Housing and Mortgage Banking fraud began years ago and many watched inside in horror. The Mortgage guy and gal who were just attempting to do a serve as the middleman in these loans were placed at risk. The consumer need for affordable housing growth, the condo scare was on, whereby many available rentals were converting over night. Renters with moderate incomes were being forced to purchase homes due to condo conversions, and housing availability in good areas.

Then the conventional Mortgage Loan Market Place, opened up to the subprime market. In the beginning you still had to have 20% down and at least at 560 credit score. Many of the banks required you to pay off your credit card debt prior to purchase. Then as time pasted the requirement got weaker and weaker for consumer credit guidelines.

In the mid 90’s the interest only program came out whereby loans were being done with the interest being 1,2,3% and very little being paid onto the principle.

Properties were assessed within future value appraisals which no one speaks of today.

I know about these loans, because I was in the Mortgage Industry and was a Director of a Gold coast Mortgage LLC. Money was being made, greed factors was present and then the real estate market became a playground of developers and others getting your mother and fathers property for $200-300k which they had originally purchased under $50k 20 years earlier.

The 50k homes were being replaced by 500k to millions of dollar property(s), which offered up a large bank roll for all involved except for the consumer who is now the fall guy in the mortgage mess.

The game was to Stated Your Income on the Mortgage Application called the 1003, whereby the consumer stated what they made in earnings, which was in many cases certified by CPA's. The game the income may have been bumped up so they could qualify for these new lending products.

The consumer was not really aware of the money owed on the loan and how the adjustment worked whereby after the loan was granted and it adjusted based on being on an arm the adjustment figure would cause the loans to go from a example of 3% interest only to maybe 6-10%. The increase added more to the mortgage payment as well making it hard for many to pay back the debt to the bank!

This meant that you have nothing built in to pull from if there was a crisis. No equity, the appraised value was on future values of property within your area, and you paid nothing into the principle of the loan. Your monthly payment mostly went directly into interest!

The money was flowing in and out of hands of the people within the banking industries and your property was being sold to security firms who held onto the paper making more and more money off your new debt. Those who owned property were no more than just glorified renters.

The secondary market had the homes, they held your paper, and served your debt, and this is where Freddie Mac and the other entire Mac businesses made there money for your loan defaulting. There was a value to your home on resale within the secondary market, if the home was foreclosed on then. But today they claim they can not determine the value of these properties, the consumer are left on the doorsteps of the court house faced with administrative judgment known as "Summary Judgments" whereby you are already guilty of something, and you can not argue your case before the court because within this type of judgment the contract has determined, prior to your case because you defaulted in payment therefore failure to pay created your doomed and loss of basic rights to fight your case.

A few weeks ago I visited a Chicago courthouse and saw 3 paralegals with a least 40 cases on the desk (three of them within this hearing all with 40 cases a piece for just one courtroom calendar hour) that means 120 people loss they’re homes in 60 minutes, where only three people (home owners came to attempt to get some rights within the system) Because they had no money to fight with due to loss of job, lack of income and or being in a home they could had ever afforded the judge granted them between 30-60 days to vacate; meaning they were being evicted on to the streets.

These people are Americans, middle class, the people who work everyday just getting by on today’s economy. They have children are now thrush into becoming the poor over night

There is no bailout. Those involved did not use common sense within the high financially world! Or did they and this is just a new Y2K Game being played?

They claim the consumer needs to go to , money management classes in order to get a mortgage, but look at the real mess and were it came from and this issue was not coming for the Millions of Americans who are losing their homes its involving Wall Street!

Many of these people in that courtroom the day I had visited were minorities! They had no attorney nothing just now the streets. The housing issue is outrageous, condos all over the place with fewer apartments available within affordable prices.

Please note that the housing nightmare has only just begun and the 700-987 billion dollars needed is just a bandage to next weeks shortage.

The Game, But it will make a lot of people lots of money, when the stock market opens on Monday of next week, you see the game is that you the consumer are frighten and selling your stock, getting out of money market accounts, and market in general being of all the scares being told of failing markets.

While you sell they are buying! YEP! They are buying your stock at little or nothing due to panic! If these billions of dollars are release by Friday then that means on Monday to market will go to a new level high due to increase inflated revenue from all the new business transactions, like Lehman Brothers bailed oil, others being sold etc., this will increase the stocks on the market.

But they refuse to help bailout the people by freezing foreclosures why? You think about it, and look to what else may happen to the dollar within the coming weeks from consumer mortgage property buy-outs by foreign nations and businesses. So who needs money management classes you and them?Or is it just a game to create more money out of your pocket into their hands.

Look at Halliburton never paying back a dime of the money they used while over stating military invoices! We ate that one! Yep, Joe public that is, we sent water and food into our military men and women when there was no money available to do this via the military budget! Don't you recall? And no one asked them to pay the money back! if in fact there was an accounting for over stated invoicing and it was paid back to the Fed's how much of refund could have been used to recoup the stock market today without asking the tax payers for a dime!

Our military was placed at great risk and no one did any thing and Bunny Greenhouse of the Army Core of Engineers loss her job over this one, for coming out and speaking the truth!

There are millions of insiders, whistle blowers who are still talking and filing suits whereby the justice department did nothing but ruin their life caused them to be followed harassed investigated harmed bankrupt and or murdered I was one of them, I could not get work and was medical rendered yes they control the hospital via peer administrators who are backed by pharmaceutical industry who have direct ties into those who are within the White house! These folks can use clout against you! We (whistle blowers) saw warned and spoke out with nothing other than being called conspiracy nut cases. So is the bailout reasonable, NO! Because they need to bailout the millions of America’s with bad loans in foreclosure, the college kids and get out nation to work by recalling NATFA.

Where is the bailout for you me and the middle guys!

I TOOK A PROGRAM to the Federal Government via Congressman and Senators, no interest nothing! They could have stopped this months ago even Lyndon Larouche has another program as well, different than the one I offer all and all nothing no done and there was no interest why?

TO THOSE IN THE CONGRESS AND SENATE (not all of them are involved! but many are, by their open refusal to discuss these issues with the people, and look into new program that can help the consumer as well within this risk.

Again Congressman Dennis Kucinich got involved and he is an “Action Man” who is interested in the needs of the people, he is not for the bail out unless there is a American side of the bill as well. My idea is that if they can not worked to resolved this crisis now they why do we need them in the White house within the next terms?

ONE THING MCCAIN DID DO WAS TO STOP CAMPAIGNING TO DEAL WITH THE CRISIS, BUT WILL HE BE ON THE RIGHTS OF BAILING OUT MILLIONS OF AMERICAN HOME OWNERS HUH?! THEY NEED TO FREEZE ALL FORECLOSURES WITHIN THE COURT SYSTEM NOW!!! AND ALLOW THE PEOPLE TO STAY IN THEIR HOMES UNTIL THIS ISSUE CORRECTED. NOT JUST BAIL OUT THE TRILLIONAIRE AT THE TOP.

ISP's confirm '2012: The Year The Internet Ends' I Power

Update: Bell Canada and TELUS (formerly owned by Verizon) employees officially confirm that by 2012 ISP's all over the globe will reduce Internet access to a TV-like subscription model, only offering access to a small standard amount of commercial sites and require extra fees for every other site you visit. These 'other' sites would then lose all their exposure and eventually shut down, resulting in what could be seen as the end of the Internet.

Dylan Pattyn *, who is currently writing an article for Time Magazine on the issue, has official confirmation from sources within Bell Canada and is interviewing a marketing representative from TELUS who confirms the story and states that TELUS has already started blocking all websites that aren't in the subscription package for mobile Internet access. They could not confirm whether it would happen in 2012 because both stated it may actually happen sooner (as early as 2010). Interviews with these sources, more confirmation from other sources and more in-depth information on the issue is set to be published in Time Magazine soon.What can we do? The reason why we're releasing this information is because we believe we can stop it. More awareness means more mainstream media shedding light on it, more political interest and more pressure on the ISP's to keep the Internet an open free space. My name is D'Anne Burley and I am a Radio Talk Show host and a Whistleblower. I am also the daughter of the late Dan Burley, who managed and editor the top African American Newspapers, was a Host of a Radio Show in NYC and was also a well established musican from 1930's-62. I worked for some of the top fortune 100 Corporations in the country, which included the top law firms in the Chicago area and own a number of businesses and was the Dirctor of Operations for a Goldcoast Mortgage LLC. I was a victim of criminal acts in covering up hidden Jihad cells tied into the Government via the mortgage industry in Illinois connected to 9/11. I reported it to the media, FBI, and all other Chicago based agencies and indeed I had a number of witnesses listening while making these calls and got no where why? I was denied investigation and my civil rights had become breached, whereby the person and or persons involved were allow to continued with this operation which including drugs, Flight Schools and other things until there was a drug bust made in California in 2002 by the DEA for Operation Mountain Express II which because of the release of the same man is now erased from the public eye because I alleged there is some type of insider connect. If indeed this was a Black man involved with bring into the US over 52 mega tons of drugs he would be still locked up, which is another issue. This man was involved in a flight school where Mohammad Atta and others call into phone lines within that very office and again after 9/11 I figured out what was totally going on I took all of the information to the policing agency's and they all refuse to do anything Why? The man serve a few years in Cuba's US based prison and was released so he could return to the same real estate business whereby others are in imprison for lessor crimes for years not counting the hundred of thousand of African American who are in prison with new DNA evidence on there side and they are still not allowed out of 26 yr and or more sentences for crimes they had not committed. The law is good now for those who served to create it for their own hidden purpose.

The so called terrorist game which the Bush Administration allow, and the justice department with it's agent's knew of and did nothing cause the murder of the Iraqi people, the death of young men and women who all believed in this government by causing them to enter into a false flag war to cover-up a major "OIL" conspiracy which now in 2008 has caused the near collapse of this great nation.

The answer from Congress and the Senate was do nothing about now near the end of over 7 yrs of this nightmare now they are still not involved in what the people seek and want or desire which is to reopen 9/11, investigate why those who were to gain from this were allow to cause this nation to enter into a war with a nation with people who had little, no television, no mainstream press at their hands and or knowledge of what was happening until the first bomb hit them and killed thousands of people. Then to make it worse the claim of Bin Laden and every printed page of newspapers and world reports, but instead of going after Laden we go after Hassan who was not within Laden circle nor was his allied is without common sense of reality and who paid for all this the American People, the poor in American and then we lose our children because of the wishes of those with hidden agendas. Because of my reporting this I am disabled within transportation, no money, loss family because of financial plight and being blackballed all to get rid of those with the real evidence. I took this matter to the secret service and others nothing!

The man was involved with supplying over 52 mega tons of crystal meth and heroin into the hands of Blacks in the poorest inner city neighborhoods and others in the US in order to fund a terrorist effort. Then to make this matter worse I was attacked by insiders whose who have important roles within a circle of cover operations within the Chicago area ever since and render me and my family without jobs, home and money by these games. I am one of hundreds of thousands of insider whistleblowers who have seen things and have been denied protection, due process of law and or anything else by this government. The clouted terrorist from within are allowed to go without imprisonment and or locked up for a minute just to cover up additional rouge operations used against the American people who speak up and out! The building manager, who did not want to show his face, talked with [Jeanne] Palfrey Monday before she left for her mother's in Tarpon Springs. He strongly believes Palfrey's death was not a suicide. "Jean Palfrey was a class act. She wore very good clothes. She was well educated. Her way out of this world certainly would not have been in an aluminum shed attached to a mobile home in Tarpon Springs, Florida," he said. Palfrey was convicted of running a high-profile escort service for Washington's elite and faced a sentencing this summer that would likely lead to many years in prison. But she was found hanged Thursday at her mother's home and investigators said they have no doubt it was a suicide. The Informant Was Sued by the DC Madam Ms. Neble's testimony made no mention of “then-Representative David Vitter, who is now a U.S. Senator representing Louisiana”. In e-mails, Ms. Palfrey tells WTOP news that “she believes Ms. Neble ‘was a favorite of Mr. Vitter's,’ but says any sex-for-payment arrangement would have been outside the structure of her legal escort business.” Ms. Neble’s attorney Kathleen Voelker would not comment on whether Vitter was a former customer of Neble's. Ms. Palfrey said, "I had each and every gal sign a contract with me at the onset of her association with me that while 'on my watch,' she [Neble] would NOT cross the line into illegality. I simply could not control what any of the women did on their own time."
Ms. Palfrey had filed a civil lawsuit with Ms. Neble and 15 Jane Does. In her civil lawsuit, Ms. Palfrey accuses Dr. Paula Neble and 15 Jane Does of breach of contract, "by engaging in illegal sexual activities with customers of the escort service." From research by WTOP news, Ms. Neble does not have a doctorate. It is clearly unknown why Ms. Neble claims that she is a “doctor.” Ms. Palfrey said that Neble and other escorts had “used her company as a referral service in order to find steady clients who saw them on a regular, ongoing basis sans my involvement once the initial introduction was made.”

Yesterday, a Bush spokesman declined to address Bloch's status. Roscoe C. Howard, the former U.S. attorney in the District who represents Bloch, declined to comment.

Computers and papers are seized as part of a federal investigation targeting agency chief Scott Bloch.

Since 2006, the Office of Personnel Management has been investigating allegations that Bloch retaliated against employees at the agency who disagreed with his views on subjects such as whether federal law prohibits discrimination based on sexual preference. The inquiry was launched after a group of current and former Office of Special Counsel workers filed a complaint alleging that Bloch had retaliated against them through intimidation and involuntary transfers.

The investigation gained traction late last year in the wake of a published report that he had hired a private computer repair firm, Geeks on Call, to clean his office computer. Bloch has told congressional investigators that he called the firm to eliminate a computer virus that was threatening the system. Critics have suggested he may have been purging the system of information of potential interest to investigators, a charge that he has strenuously denied.

The murder of Riad Hamad Esolh. Riad's body was found floating in Lady Bird Lake in Austin after he was reported missing since the beginning of the week. Riad was a dedicated man as chairman of the "Palestinian Child Welfare Foundation", he was helping disabled children in Palestinian refugee camps, and he used to ask for my help to contact these unfortunate children to hand them financial help for medical treatment, education and food. It also stated in this site that he was not suicidal, We are sure it is a murder, and not a suicide, for a man who dedicated his life to help the unfortunate to recover from their sickness, complete their schooling, and have enough food so as to live a decent life, even in their retched refugee camps, would not commit suicide. He was helping people to live, then how would he take his own life!!! What shocked me was to hear that some security agents broke into his house and carried away with them his files and CDs and other things, I didn't know what happened after that, but I was sure that he would be accused of supporting some "terror organizations" or "white washing money"! This is a big joke that Zionists and those who collaborate with them would want to see even disabled Palestinian children helped to overcome the hardships Zionism had brought them. We call on all those who are in a position to donate to Riad's fund so as his good work will be continued, not to hesitate in doing so. I am sure that with continuing the hard and honest work shall make his soul rest in peace.
Riad comes from Beirut and lived in Beirut not far from the Palestinian refugee camps that surround Beirut, which see first hand their hardships, for who he decided extend his help to enable his Arab compatriots practice their Right of Return to their homes and land.

4 F.B.I. Agents Wounded March 17th. 2008

Four of the 12 people wounded in the weekend bombing of an Islamabad restaurant are U.S. FBI agents, the bureau confirmed Sunday.

Blood splattered on a table at Luna Caprese in Pakistan, where a bomb injured FBI agents Saturday. The attack occurred Saturday when a bomb was hurled over a wall surrounding the Luna Caprese restaurant, an outdoor cafe frequented by Westerners, journalists and diplomats. Four FBI personnel were "slightly injured" in the blast, FBI Special Agent Richard Kolko said Sunday in a written statement. In addition to wounding the agents, the explosion killed a Turkish woman and wounded a fifth American, three Pakistanis, a person from the United Kingdom and someone from Japan, authorities said.

The U.S. Justice Department released the following today: WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Tai Shen Kuo , age 58, and Yu Xin Kang, age 33, both of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Gregg William Bergersen, age 51, of Alexandria, Virginia, were arrested today on espionage charges related to the passage of classified U.S. government documents and information to the government of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Both Kuo and Kang were charged by criminal complaint with conspiracy to disclose national defense information to a foreign government, in violation of 18 U.S.C., Section 794(a) and (c). Bergersen was charged in a separate complaint with conspiracy to disclose national defense information to persons not entitled to receive it, in violation of 18 U.S.C., Section 793(d) and (g). Some mentally ill veterans are sent back to the front lines too soon - in some cases while they are still being treated for PTSD, Team 5 Investigates revealed. Damian Fernandez, 25, is one such soldier.

"Every day, for 365 days, they were under attack there," his mother, Mary Jane Fernandez, said. "He saw his fellow soldiers killed."

When Fernandez came back from Iraq, doctors classified him as 70 percent disabled from post-traumatic stress disorder. Still, the order came to redeploy.

Russell Anderson was 50 percent disabled by PTSD. He chose to go back to the front lines, and the Army allowed it.

"I don't believe in another circumstance with the war, that Russell would be redeployed with his PTSD," girlfriend Catherine Colone said. "But in this war, there just aren't enough soldiers."

Team 5 Investigates uncovered a third case, that of Michael DeVlieger. One day after he was released from an Army hospital in Kentucky for acute stress disorder, he got the redeployment order. He's currently on the front lines in Iraq.

"The closer that it got, he kept saying 'Mom I'm going to die, I'm not coming back this time,'" Sue DeVlieger said.

Department of Defense policy states that soldiers with serious psychiatric problems such as PTSD can be sent back to war only if they are stable for at least three months.

But the National Guard told Team 5 Investigates its policy "is based on the severity of [a soldier's] PTSD diagnosis."

The Army said its policy is "individualized" because they "do not want to stigmatize the soldiers by saying they cannot deploy with their unit because they have symptoms."

"They should be given the time to heal, make sure that they can handle themselves over there so that we are sending an able Army," DeVlieger said. "I am extremely disappointed in the Army because they don't care about our men and women that they are sending over. They are just worrying about the numbers. And to me, that's just atrocious."

Psychiatrist Judith Herman specializes in PTSD. "Personally I'm appalled by the practice. I don't think it's safe for the individual soldier. I don't think it's safe for his unit either to send someone who is so impaired back into a situation of danger."

Senate is Sponsoring this bill which will impact on the outside media! The issue is to cover stories and this is why there is the outside press. We have issue of civil rights being violated within the military, issues of misspending, corruption, civil rights violations, racism, racial profiling, criminal acts against whistleblowers while there is the fact that it you attempt to get so-called protection under the bills the house has pass they are not effective and you then loss your home and your live. I was told in Illinois outside Illinois in other states that there is no one who can help me in my cases because of Civil Rights violations within the Courts, police profiling and whereby even in an act of an attempt of counterfeiting which was created in my bank account that they pick and choose who and what crimes are investigated and this is why you have an issue with cases of police acting as criminals. there is there someone thing else a huge case that needs to be investigated and that is the one of United Airlines whose workers reinvested within the company and loss all.

Their retirement accounts meant little and or nothing because the company went bankrupt but indeed there is money now lots and lots of money that is being given away! Not to the workers! indeed some of the money was shared but there is money that is not being talked about, money that could reopen this case. But its not being allowed within Bankruptcy Court why? Therefore should it not be that the Senate who are hired by the people and the Congress should do everything in there power to open up a hearing on the issue of the United Airline Employee Pensions, that there are billions of dollars which should have been looked into within a new evidence case which is not being allowed because of what" huh?

Now on the issue of Senate Bill 1959 which I have shown below the fact is they are interested in getting rid of all outside media sources, there are people within Illinois who are losing rights to free hearing and basic constitutional rights because of all the corruption and the people who are involved with abuse of Federal State and local government power.

I am a 2001 Whistleblower who has a case in the 7th Circuit which was dismissed until I get a attorney, again it was also gagged up because of the fact that there was terrorist cells operating still within the United States and all the bills serve as nothing because the laws are disjointed and only used to serve those inside and who maybe working outside the law.
